This premium sized lot is 75x45 but includes a 10 foot easement along the front for a very long 85x45 lot with plenty of parking for all your toys. The large L shaped patio offers plenty of room for entertaining. Section one of the patio is 40x20 and includes the 10x10 gazebo which provides shade in the early morning and noon hours. The lot was designed to allow a Park Model added in the future if we desired.

 bonus of letting the patio drain faster.

Privacy is provided by the mature hedge that borders the patio areas with views of the mountains and large blue skies all around you.

Included is the large 10x12 shed which has an insulated roof, numerous outlets and a large ceiling fan with LED lights.

  All shelving and counter will be removed if desired so you can design for your needs. The shed window faces east to allow the warm sun rays in during the cool mornings and views of the mountains.

  An outlet to charge your golf cart is located in the front by the shed door.

  A large dog walking area was designed behind the shed along the back of the lot. We have never had a dog. The small storage behind the shed is used for gasoline, bug repellent and fertilizer, things that might smell if in the shed. Yes, the daisies are on your property line.

Automatic water irrigation is already installed with extra tubing built in for the flowers added to your landscape. The gazebo has a tough canvas cover that lasts for 5 years. Included in the sale is an extra cover already in the shed as we always order a new one when we change covers. 

The south edge of the property has a 5 foot fence along the property line. Notice how much room is allowed in case we added a Park Model. 

 The golf package is included in the purchase of the lot.  Spectacular mountain views from the golf greens are yours to enjoy. We even have a Pro Shop.

Do you enjoy the game of Pickle Ball? National Tournaments are held in Star Valley Resort every year in July. Purchase clothing and equipment as you enjoy the games daily. Each year more and more courts are being added. 

Laundry? We have a large Laundromat with many machines.

Hungry? How about our own Goofy Bear Restaurant? It's located close to the golf course and Pro Shop.

Need a small item you forgot at the Grocery? Stop in our little store next to the Laundry Room. They have baked goods and ice cream cones also!

Drive under our archway, plan to stay awhile, (we stayed 14 years) and Check In at our little shack.

What does all this cost? Lot price is $54,500 and patio furniture is available for an additional amount. Come walk the property and enjoy the views located on Whiffletree Drive, near the pond area.YourAnnual dues of $970 include your golf course membership. Facility fees of $190 include upkeep of all public Facilities.Annual Taxes for your deeded lot is $105.  Trash is $100 a year and can be shared by up to 3 neighbors. Electricity is your only expense.

Mountains? Yes there are mountains all around us and ATVing is enjoyed by many. Groups gather each morning for various scenic trail rides.

If you like beautiful mountain scenery you won't be disappointed. The Grand Teton National Park is only an hour away. You will pass through the town of Jackson, Wyoming and spend an entire day exploring natural beauty. You can take a day trip to Grand Teton National Park and not have to rush because you are only an hour from home.

Withing a half hour you can be on one of three Rivers in the area. The Salt River runs along the western edge of the Wyoming line, The Greys River runs south and then turns east just at the edge of Alpine, WY  and the Snake River runs towards Alpine from the north out of Jackson. 

You can float in your own inflatable raft or kayak 

Or the whole family can take one of the tours from Jackson and enjoy some whitewater rafting.

If you like Fly Fishing or just solitude with nature how about trying your hand at catching your own trout?

Whatever you prefer to enjoy in the great outdoors, you are not far away from your favorite pastime. 

One of the most beautiful drives is St Rt 26 over to Palisades Reservoir. This road leads to Idaho Falls but you pass some amazing views and diverse scenery along the way. In Idaho Falls, ID you can find Sams Club and Costco along with many Restaurants of your choice.
